Stewart grew up on Long Island, New York and moved to California in 1975. He became a Real Estate Broker in 1978 and started his own company, Hampton Realty and Mortgage. The company moved to Encinitas from Kearney Mesa in 1993 and became an ERA Franchise. Stewart’s goal was to work with first time buyer’s helping them to find their first homes and assisting them in securing mortgage financing. Stewart’s marketing attracted clients all over San Diego and Riverside Counties. Over the years those first time buyers and their referrals bought new homes and sold their smaller homes and refinanced with Stewart. Stewart sold his Hampton Realty in 2005 and is now an Associate Broker with Realty World. Stewart’s 30 years of experience and knowledge of the Real Estate and Mortgage markets is respected by his clients and his peers. He is available to help any client whether it be a new first time buyer or a client seeking a retirement home or anything in between.
