Throughout your life, you have known some people that you can trust and count on to be there for you in your time of need; Jerry Glaser is one of those people.  As a former Assistant Fire Chief, families in his community depended upon him to make a positive impact on their lives. Fortunately for many San Diego county residents, Jerry is continuing his tradition as a leading real estate professional.  Jerry began his real estate career in Illinois in the late 70's, while he was a Firefighter/Paramedic. Jerry retired from the fire service as an Assistant Fire Chief in 1995, and moved to Oceanside, Ca, today he provides the same dedication to his real estate clients as he did, when he held the responsibility for the protection their life and property. Jerry has always taken a unique approach in his real estate career. “People trust me to help them with important decisions, and that’s not a responsibility I take lightly,” he says. “I feel it’s very important to get to know my clients and understand their needs. No matter what the goals, trust and loyalty will always lead to quality results.” Jerry Glaser knows the market and, most importantly, understands how to help get the results his clients are looking for.  As a listing agent in San Diego County, my extensive custom marketing plans go far beyond the norm; Jerry's knowledge gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property and in a timely fashion. For buyers, Jerry searches until he finds the perfect property that meets his clients needs and wants, and then helps negotiate the best possible transaction.  Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime. Jerry is keenly interested in the senior community and to his extent earned his certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialistâ (SRES) from the Seniors Advantage Real Estate Councilâ.  Jerry still believes in giving back to the community, he is the Operations Manager for the Volunteers of the Oceanside Harbor Police, and an avid supporter of the American Red Cross.
